    Klonopin works well and Lunesta didnt work at all. I think it depends on your body. Klonopin has a long half life and if taken before bed can be good for sleep and the next day still work on anxiety without feeling drowsy. 2 mg will put you to sleep and take care of anxiety. You can even mix it with melatonin before bed. Right now, nothing works to put me to sleep. Xanax is too short lived as well as Ambien. They last 4 hours. Id recommend Klonopin, but its addictive and you have to go off it very slowy. It can take months to go off of it, if you are on it for any length of time. The thing that puts me to sleep is a combo of Klonopin 2 mg, 2 Advil PM and 10 mgs of Melatonin taken at 8 pm. By 10 or 11 pm Im asleep. My doctor gave me Lunesta to replace all of that and here I am up at 2 am! A pharmacist warned me that Lunesta wouldnt be as good as Benedryl for sleeping! She was right. Nothing beats Klonopin at bedtime for a long half life when it comes to sleeping, panic and anxiety… however, once you are used to it, it doesnt work. Benedryl is the only thing that is guaranteed to knock me out. 75 mg though. Good luck.
