I was taking Benadryl for past two and a half years and I now have slight high blood pressure which was caused from benedryl. I was taking it for the antihystamine affect, my diet is very good and I exercise 6 days a week and nor was it in my family history. Recently I started getting palpatations and increased heart rate. I stopped taking benadryl completely and everything is back to normal, except for my allergies of course which Id rather deal with slight runny nose than the risk of dying from benadryl.

Dehydration sets off some headaches. Disc problems could cause the arm tingling. I had numbness on the side of my face. Still doat times. I have arthritis in my spine too.You need to calm down. Try reading or some calming music. Keep occupied.Go talk to a therapist. It helps many. I had a very difficult menopause. I know how you feel. In my case I developed a seizure disorder. It was very frightening. I honestly didnt think I would make it.Im fine today. Dont give up. Good luck to you.
