    There are reports of children inadvertently taking large doses of birth control pills with no serious problems, but there are some reports of people having fatal blood clots.An OD would cause nausea and bleeding and possibly bleeding (like period bleeding, except heavier).If this is not really for a report, do not play around with birth control pills. It probably would not be fatal, but probably not isnt something you want to play around with.

    No you can’t overdose on birth control pills. There is no reason to take any extra than one a day. You will just waste your pills and maybe mess up your menstrual cycle.
