Ive got to assume that your friend knew there were drugs on the premises. If they did not arrest your sister, that means the drugs were not on her.If they were not on her, it makes no sense that she would hide her drugs in his house without this knowledge. Therefore, hes guilty. He had care, control management of the property. Once he knew she had drugs, it was his duty to call the police. (In reality, he should have told her to get that out of his house.)At this point, w/o $, he is at the mercy of his court appointed attorney. His best hope is that the drugs were found concealed in proximity closer to her than to him which could be viewed that he had no knowledge of drugs in the home she hid them off of her body (without his knowledge) when the police arrived.Hopefully his home looked pristine enough to not appear as a part time drug house. What he can do is get your sister to confess that they were her drugs she never made him aware that they were on his property. Thats his best hope right now. Along with not having any of his finger prints on any drug containers (plastic bags) the paraphernalia.
