Can you lose weight by going to the bathroom a lot?

You can lose weight by following a low-carb diet and by exercising. Going to the bathroom only releases natural fluids you will already release. ! Any comments?

    No, you cant poop out your fat cells. Fat is stored energy. The only way to get rid of it is to BURN it by doing more and eating less. Poop and fat loss have nothing to do with one another. And contrary to what many companies tell you, taking things to make you poop will NOT speed up your metabolism, help you burn more fat or clean your system. They are a hoax and all this really does is make your body poop out everything in the colon…You lose a pound of poop and put it on again as soon as you eat. Plus these products can cause diarrhea, stomach cramps or accidents in your pants! Why risk it?? If you want to lose weight it is a lot easier and healthier to eat right and join a gym. Best of luck!
