Remember to tell your mom to buy you tampons once a month. Can’t . speaking of insurance, it only pays so much on mental health problems.

    If you want to stop with the meats but stick with seafood, you could be a Pescatarian. Salmon, for example is very healthy for you :) Tuna is great to. Its good that you are active. For exercise you can also try brisk walking, swimming, yoga or pilates. Here are some tips/suggestions :) ~ Drink plenty of water. Try drinking green tea, water lemon. ~ Go for organic foods~ Eat smaller portions more often; rather than larger portions less often~ Avoid sodas, diet sodas/drinks, artificial colors/sweeteners, white flour…Meal ideas – all only include seafood. Top with things like: cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, chopped bell pepper, a little bit of dried cranberries or nuts, low-fat or fat-free salad dressing for protein something like chickpeas, grilled cubed tofu, salmon or tuna.Enjoy a salad with a side like a fruit, sandwich or whole wheat pita bread.* Mixed Bean salad, whole wheat pita, + fruit. * Vegetables stir fried in some olive oil, with cubed tofu or black beans on brown rice. You can add something like ginger-terriyaki sauce or salsa for flavor.* Omelet: baby spinach cheese, with salad or veggies, healthy toast if youd like.* Whole grain/brown rice pasta – with things like tomato sauce/spinach/goat cheese or pesto, salad or veggies.* Sandwiches like pesto/mozzarella or goat cheese/tomato melt, almond butter jam or pbj, grilled veggies/goat cheese, grilled cheese – less or no butter, hummus tomato, falafel hummus, veggie burger, chickpea wrap with grated carrot/cherry tomatoes/red onion/ chopped peppers, mixed greens low-fat salad dressing, grilled tofu, tuna or egg salad, etc. on healthy bread, whole wheat pita or whole grain tortilla with salad or veggies + fruit.* 2 eggs with cottage cheese, multigrain toast jam, salad or fruit.* Lentil vegetable soup, salad or veggies, wheat pita.* Salmon (baked, salmon burgers, etc.), sweet potato or wild/brown rice + veggies or salad.* Veggie burger, sweet potato or wild/brown rice + veggies or salad. You can try a veggie burger on a whole wheat hamburger bun or healthy bread/whole wheat pita.~ Snack on healthy things like: nuts (1/4 cup) seeds, fruits/berries, veggies with hummus, whole grain crackers with cheese or hummus or tuna/low-fat dressing, frozen grapes, frozen banana slices, small whole wheat pita with hummus, small whole grain tortilla with almond or peanut butter jam or cream cheese jam or honey cinnamon, apple slices almond butter, all natural fat free popcorn, nonfat yogurt with things like healthy cereal, berries/fruit, cottage cheese + fruit, buckwheat/whole grain pancake or waffle, some dried fruit like mango strips/blueberries/cranberries instead of candy, strawberries with vanilla nonfat greek yogurt to dip, etc…Homemade smoothies :) Using fruit/berries of your choice with skim milk or non-dairy milk with nonfat yogurt, you can also add 1 – 2 tbsp ground flax seed.     May 9, 2007 you can loose alot of weight from anorexia and become under 100 In a week, that person probably would not lose all that much weight.
