What are health benefits of Kalamata olives?

Along with monounsaturated fats, Kalamata olives are rich in vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant that neutralizes damaging free radicals, along with polyphenols and flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory properties. They help reduce the severity of asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and hot flahses, along with helping prevent heart disease and colon cancer. Any comments?
