I do not know what trigger will help you, but here are some ideas in random order:Write a journal, Meditate, Pray, Stretches and exercise such as running, Draw or read, Be patient. Healing takes time., Stay away from negative people., Count your blessings, then accept them., Become part of a church group., Volunteer to help others in need., Find what brings joy into your life., Forgive yourself.Its a start.
