Sounds like you may be allergic to something in the protein you are using. Have you tried using a different brand?? Not all proteins are the same, some add different ingredients to enhance their product. Try a different brand and if it doesnt help check with a doctor for allergies. Outside of that your body can only digest so much protein at a time. The remaining undigested protein is turned into waste ie. gas, stool, etc. Hope this helps.
