    Basically, the methadone wont work while he has Suboxone in his system. Period. The naloxone in the drug basically chokes off the opiate function. With more than a little of the stuff in your system you could shoot a liter of heroin into your blood and it wouldnt do a damned thing. The buprenorphine in the drug certainly isnt helping either. Hes not going to be able to take methadone without it doing nothing(2-6 hours), or screwing things up worse for about three days.Get your fiancee to the ER and get him sedated.
