Never cold turkey!!! I know you dont wanna wait out the whole tapering process, but it is a MUST. Im the same way. I am impatient and want things to be done and fixed now. But that kind of mindset will not benefit you in any way with this. You have to taper very slowly according to the plan, or sometimes even slower, if you want success with this deal. Just be patient about it, try not to think about it all the time. Eventually before you know it, you will be down to 10mg. Just think of it as a vitamin not a drug, and go about your daily routine. Just follow the slow taper they recommend and it will all work out much better for you.
