    This wont fix it, but it might help with the soreness…I use biofreeze, its a gel for muscle pain, I got it from the chriopracters office…it is really good, cost about $10..I have known many people with back pain, and I have never heard of it being easy to go away…most people alternate between ice and heat. Good Luck
