    I recently quit smoking weed about two months back for a job. I was an everyday smoker and i passed a u.a. after a week from taking niacin and drinking lots and lots of water. Keep in mind that i’m active and work out 4 to 5 times a week and this also helps the detox. If you’re lazy and don’t get any exercise than you’re probably looking at 2-3 weeks of taking niacin if you’re a heavy smoker. You want to get good niacin don’t get the cheap walmart shit and THE NON-FLUSH kind doesn’t work. You have to make sure it’s the flush kind. I was taking a 1000mg a day and i took 1 500 mg dosage in the morning and 1 in the evening. Don’t believe some of these people that are blowing smoke up your ass saying that it doesn’t work because they don’t know what their talking about and have most likely never taking niacin and are speaking on behalf of friends experiences and etc. If you haven’t done this personally than don’t post on these sites pretending like you would know. Get 500 mg tablets and quit smoking immediately, if you haven’t already. You can get them from any gnc for like 10 bucks and they work great.
