What nutrients does chicken have?

Chicken is low in Sodium. It’s a good source of Vitamin B6 & Phosphorus, & a very good source of Protein, Niacin and Selenium. Any comments?

    There’s protein and fat – as you point out. But meat has all manner of things which the animal has made which we can use – parts for red cells, parts for nerves. Our bodies will change the complete amino acids (proteins) into new body parts
