    I had the same problem with my anxiety. My father got so mad at me because he said it was all in my head and I could make myself better if I wanted. If you have tried getting your parents to help and they wont is there another adult family member that you are close to that could help you?? Does your school maybe have a nurse or someone there to talk to?? Here are a few things that helped me that you could try as well.Do searches online for anxiety. There are forums online where you can talk to other people. It helps to know you are not alone.Exercise often. This always helped me.The last one is the one that sounds the craziest. Being outdoors in the sunlight always made me feel much better. Give it a shot. If you like to jog, go outside on a nice shinny day and get a good run in or just soak up some sun.
