    before and after you donate blood, eat something!! this is very important. make sure you have a good iron level by eating foods that are really rich in iron like green leafy vegetables, fish, meats etc. again, after youve eaten, eat some cookies and drink some juice and go about your regular activities. avoid doing strenuous activities for the rest of the day. if you said youve done all this, you should probably go see your doctor because this is not right. you should be feeling better by now. it could be serious so make an appointment soon. hope you feel better and good luck!
